These felted flower brooches are hand felted all together in 2 layers with extra-fine merino wool from New Zealand and Australia in violet, yellow, orange, white, deep red and green colors. Also mulberry silk in blonde yellow is used to brighten up the flowers. No “felt cutting ready-made flower”, no glue and no stitches, except on its back on which a safety pin is adjusted and felted over with green wool. The -purple rain- flower measures approximately 15 cm (5.9 in) diameter and 45 cm (17.7 in) circumference. Respectively the -wild orchid- flower measures approximately 13-23 cm (5.1-9.1 in) diameter since it is asymmetrical and 55 cm (21.7 in) circumference.

So it’s transition time from winter to spring and I can’t hold myself of getting rid of this heavy, thick clothing and my mind thinking of summer! New temptation and endeavour to create something reminding of spring on a rainy day!

This felted top, which you see, is made not only on a rainy day but of extra fine merino wool from Australia and New Zealand and mulberry silk in natural dyes. Dominating colours, deep red and orange. Its discreet patterning comprises of mulberry silk in deep red. Its side edges are uneven just to look like butterfly wings. Its deep oval neck and open back gives a stylish and delicate sexy impression!

The specific top fits size M and its measurements are as follows:

Bust: 42 cm (16.5 in) flat
Waist: 46 cm (18.1 in) flat

However keep in mind that wool is a flexible and adjustable material depending on the treatment of it.

This nuno-felted shawl is created from cotton gauze fabric in grass green colour and extra-fine merino wool from Australia and New Zealand in deep red, white, grass green, cypress green, black and yellow. The cotton fabric is loosely woven thus creating the impression of a net. Weaving these different materials together with the wet-felting technique a wrinkle effect is produced. The distinction between this nuno-felted scarf and a simple wet-felted item is that it contains also a different material except from wool, i.e. cotton or silk.

The shawl measures approximately 183 cm (72 in) length and 60 cm (23.6 in) width.
